So different
Carolyn and I always seem to discuss how different Isaac and Aaron are.
Isaac hates being woken up, hates being touched in the morning and generally is a grouch until he’s had his morning Pop-Tart – just like dad.
While Aaron wakes up ready to take on the world – just like mom.
Isaac is reserved and a bit of an introvert – like dad. Aaron is outgoing, and happy to introduce himself to anyone – like mom.
The latest example of this was Aaron’s celebration of life at school today (video above.) During this celebration of life the birthday child holds the earth and walks circles around the sun (a candle) – one circle for each year of life.
At 3 years old Isaac was quite reluctant to walk around the sun and just wanted us to sing to him.
At 2 years old Aaron, well, let’s just say Aaron was a bit more excited.
*Yes, Aaron’s birthday isn’t until 7/21, but we held this for him today since he, Carolyn and Isaac are taking July off from school.*

What a clever way to celebrate a child's birthday - How great to have such different sons - to be able to enjoy different experiences with both.
Love it....although, could you mute my singing? :)
