I've been blessed with an incredible wife and two gorgeous children. We live in beautiful Port Royal, S.C.

Happy birthday, son

A little more than two years ago the Leslie family received a scare. Carolyn was into her third-trimester with Aaron when we were told he wasn’t growing as he should have been. I’m never one for manufactured drama, so to say ours was the worst experience in the world would be unfair, others have experienced far worse than us, but still you never want to hear that there’s any issue with a pregnancy and when you do all you’re left with is prayer and a big bag of M&Ms.

Aaron turns 2 today, and he’s still giving us routine scares. As you can see from the photo he’s already had his first set of stitches, and I routinely say “his head is a magnet for the ground.”

But what can I say; he’s my little bowling ball.

Isaac is reserved and a bit of an introvert – like dad. Aaron is outgoing, and happy to introduce himself to anyone – like mom.
